His project management experience ranges from small to mulit-million dollar budgets. Avery joined PRAD Group more than two years ago after serving as a senior partner of Gardner Spencer Smith Sarden & Partners.

Avery has extensive experience in master planning and design of corporate facilities, research and development laboratories, public and private educational institutions, commerical, athletic, correctional, financial, industrial and performing/cultural arts facilities.

As President of PRAD Group, Avery Sarden, AIA, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the architectural, engineering and construction divisions of the firm.

He has 23 years of experience in all areas of architecture and has expertise in managing staff with exacting time and cost constraints.
