Miami International Airport This was a two-story maintenance hangar and air center designed to accommodate small and medium aircraft. All terminals were located on the lower level with several amenities (pilot sleeping quarters, restrooms and offices) located on the upper level. PRAD Group provided aircraft maintenance hangar design, storage shop and terminal building design. Phase II of the aviation facility involved the design of a maintenance hangar. The
new plumbing system was designed to handle hazardous waste and a separate
system was designed to handle sanitary waste. PRAD Group also provided
extensive life cycle cost and feasibility studies for several HVAC systems.
