This complex, fast-track project is home to a $260 million, 1.7 million
square foot multi-unit complex, which houses 20 governmental agencies
and includes a 5,000-car, 10-story parking deck, along with a U.S. Post
Office, Daycare Center and U.S. Department of Health Offices. Other
features of this state-of-the-art highrise are: high tech computer rooms,
a full-service cafeteria, private dining rooms, conference center and
private meeting rooms. PRAD Group was responsible for the design of
the HVAC system, plumbing and electrical engineering for the shell and
tenant design.
