PRAD
Group provided an intensive feasibility study to decide whether the
central plant at the AT&T Promenade should be one plant or multiple
plants. The project involved the study of the HVAC systems, plumbing
design, fire protection, electrical engineering, specifications and
cost estimating for this three-phase, $35 million project located in
the heart of downtown Atlanta. The phases of the project included a:
42-story corporate office building, 13-story parking deck, 68-story
office building and a 40,000 square foot addition to the existing 500-room
hotel.
